Smile for you

Did you know the easiest way to turn your day around is to smile?

Smiling is the best medicine. It’s a natural way to get your body back on the bright side. When you smile, even if it’s fake, your brain releases endorphins, which are the happy hormones. When you have a boost in endorphins, you get a boost in your mood. On top of that endorphins lower stress levels. So if you are in a bad mood or stressed out: smile! There really is nothing more empowering than giving yourself a smile 😀

Take it from Elle Woods endorphins make you happy!
